SalientEye (“us”, “we”, or “our”) developed Salient-Eye application and operates its supporting services and web sites (the “Service”). Salient Eye is committed to maintain your privacy and hold it at the highest respect. This means that the safeguarding of the information you provide while using our platform and services is paramount to us.

  • Salient Eye’s Mobile application settings and personal preferences;
  • App sessions, log-ins, and run time;
  • Information and details relating to your device, hardware and software components, operating system, model and brand;
  • Apple IP or Google ID or similar account details;
  • On line availability and connectivity;
  • Information contained in any inquiry you submit to us regarding goods and/or services we or one of our business partners or affiliates may offer, and information relating to transactions, including purchases of goods and services from or through our mobile application or website;
  • Information on processes and data running on our servers to help us detect and analyze errors and bugs. This may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, software versions, the actions you made on our services, the time and date of your actions.
  • Information contained in or relating to any communication that you send to us;

Unless we prompt you to do so, you should not provide us with any personal information of another person other than yourself.

Salient Eye collects and use your information to be able to provide its Services (which otherwise cannot be provided), and to ensure that our services operate and function properly as intended.

We have internal practices and we take precautions to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your information. We have established work procedures and firm guidelines for all physical and digital work spheres to maintain the safety of your information, and keep it secured and protected.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION

Salient Eye will not share any identifiable information about you, and we may only share and disclose your information with your consent, or as otherwise described in this policy, and only to the extent necessary based on the same reasoning and legal basis described in this privacy policy (meaning, based on your consent, required performance of engagement, engagement in specific offering, legitimate business interest, or compliance with the law). We use analytical services from time to time, which does not require us to disclose identifiable information of our users. Such analytical services designed to provide us with general insights on our users profiles, and to provide us broad based processed information on our aggregated data, such as general gender and age range of our users, geographical locations, etc..     • our assurance that the rights and freedoms of others are not affected by your request

However, this right does not apply where it would adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

If you consider that our processing of your personal information infringes data protection laws, you have a legal right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority responsible for data protection. You may do so in the EU member state of your habitual residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.
  10. To the extent that the legal basis for our processing of your personal information is consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
